Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to destinations within Europe and select international locations. For shipments outside of Europe, customers are responsible for checking local customs regulations before placing an order.

2. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (Europe)
    — Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
    — Tracking is included.

  • Expedited Shipping (Europe)
    — Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days.
    — Tracking is included.

  • International Shipping (Outside Europe)
    — Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs.
    — Tracking may be included or optional.

4. Shipping Rates & Customs

Shipping rates vary based on destination, package weight, and selected method. Sales tax or VAT is included in product prices for EU destinations. For shipments outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number and link via email. Use this to monitor your shipment's progress on the carrier’s website.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact us at madrecitatonantzin@gmail.com within 14 days of estimated delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged item or packaging (if applicable)

We’ll help you investigate and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize a mistake before shipping, contact us immediately at madrecitatonantzin@gmail.com; we’ll do our best to update it.

8. Business Days

Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding German public holidays. All timeframes refer to business days.
